Head (m/f/d) of AI & Data Responsibility

The following challenges await you:

• Develop and lead the company-wide AI & Data Governance framework
• Ensure compliance with AI, data privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR)
• Define and oversee AI and data risk management standards, controls, and approval processes
• Embed governance requirements throughout the AI and data lifecycle
• Establish standards for data ethics, data quality, privacy, and responsible AI use
• Advise senior leaders on AI-related risks, opportunities, and governance decisions
• Drive AI literacy and governance awareness through training, tools, and enablement programs
• Monitor emerging regulations and industry best practices and translate them into internal standards
• Lead audits, certifications, and regulatory inquiries related to AI and data governance
• Lead and develop the AI & Data Responsibility team, including priorities, budget, and external partnerships

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in AI Governance, Data Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of AI, data management, and digital technologies
• Expertise in relevant regulations, including the EU AI Act and GDPR
• Proven experience designing and implementing governance frameworks and controls
• Strong risk management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Leadership experience in international and cross-functional environments
• Ability to influence and advise senior executives on complex regulatory and ethical topics
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
