Zum Geschäftsfeld Passagier-Airlines zählen zum einen die Netzwerk-Airlines Lufthansa Airlines, SWISS, Austrian Airlines und Brussels Airlines, die ihren Fluggästen im Rahmen der Multi-Hub-Strategie ein umfangreiches Flugangebot über die Hubs in Frankfurt, München, Zürich, Wien und Brüssel bieten. Eng verbunden mit Lufthansa Airlines sind die Regionalfluggesellschaften Lufthansa City Airlines und Air Dolomiti sowie Discover Airlines, der deutsche Ferienflieger der Lufthansa Group. Edelweiss, die führende Schweizer Ferienfluggesellschaft, ist eng verbunden mit der SWISS. Darüber hinaus hat die Lufthansa Group im Geschäftsjahr 2025 41 % der Anteile an ITA Airways erworben und beabsichtigt, zu gegebener Zeit auch die übrigen Anteile der italienischen Netzwerk-Airline zu übernehmen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a structured and reliable working style
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies
• Experience working in an international or cross-functional environment is a plus
