Your mission ∶
- Independent management of development, customer, and industrialization projects
- Planning, managing, and monitoring project objectives, budgets, resources, and schedules
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams from development, production, sales, and service
- Communicating with customers, partners, and suppliers at the national and international levels
- Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate countermeasures
- Organizing and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and reviews
- Ensuring transparent project communication with management and stakeholders
- Further developing project management processes and standards
- A successfully completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in managing technical or industrial projects
- Knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, custom machine building, semiconductor technology, laser technology, or high-tech plant engineering
- Several years of experience in ramp-up management and in successfully transitioning new products to mass production
- Experience with traditional and/or agile project management methods
- A structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence when interacting with executives, as well as experience in stakeholder management within the semiconductor industry
