This role requires 3 days per week in the office.
We're bringing candidates together for an Onsite Hiring Day on 7th and 8th October 2026 at our Berlin office. This is a chance to meet your future team and sales leaders in person, experience the culture firsthand, and get a real feel for what life at Personio looks like.

The work you'll do:
- Prospect into strategic accounts via cold call, email and social selling strategies, to achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities and pipeline value
- Handling typical outbound sales objections, to remove obstacles from the selling landscape and ensure that opportunities progress
- Qualifying potential value drivers and solution fit by engaging with key decision makers to discover pains and company goals
- Generate sales pipeline and develop opportunities for a team of Account Executives
- Do thorough account and industry research, to maintain and organize an annual book of business
- Be a subject matter expert on state-of-the-art HR technology and processes
- Develop and execute creative multi-threading strategies for targeting different decision-makers at prospect accounts
- approx. 1 years of outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS, tech or cloud solution sales
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required
- Languages: German C1/C2 is a must, English B2 minimum
- You are competitive, resilient, and highly driven - you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proactivity, strong communication & problem-solving skills – comfortable handling objections and driving conversations
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus
- Strong business acumen is a plus - being able to speak the language of C-level executive
