SAP MM & Logistics Lead (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Own and continuously improve SAP Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes and solutions.
- Lead and coordinate the MM/LE team, providing functional and technical guidance to internal and external consultants.
- Act as a hands-on SAP MM/LE expert, supporting analysis, troubleshooting, debugging and solution delivery.
- Design and optimize SAP MM/LE processes in line with business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Lead and support SAP rollouts, M&A and transformation projects, as well as change requests and enhancements.
- Act as the key contact and trusted advisor for SAP MM/LE topics, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders.
- Drive root-cause analysis, continuous improvement and sustainable solutions for complex functional and technicalissues.
- Foster knowledge sharing and team development, and report on key activities and initiatives to the Head of SAP Sales & Supply Chain Solutions.
- Strong functional expertise in SAP MM/LE and a solid understanding of Materials Management, Logistics and Supply Chain processes.
- Good understanding of cross-module integration, particularly with SD and FI/CO, including financial impacts and dependencies.
- Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SAP process integration and end-to-end business processes.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English, German is a plus
- Experience in project and change management is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
