This role is a replacement position requested to ensure business continuity within the HR Services team. Based in Portugal (Porto) or Germany (Erlangen), this Experienced Professional (f/m/d) will provide critical support to the German HR Services organization by managing key HR operational data and reporting functions. To meet this objective, the role will concentrate on two primary areas: the management and administration of HR data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and the creation and delivery of statistical reports and analytics. This focus ensures the integrity of employee data and provides actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Given the emphasis on data and systems, the ideal candidate will possess experience in an HR Operations capacity. Key requirements include strong analytical skills, proficiency with HRIS platforms, and a thorough understanding of data management, reporting principles, and regulatory compliance.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc statistical reports on key HR metrics such as employee demographics, skills inventory, and turnover.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and insights, preparing summaries for internal management.
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to support ongoing business needs.
  • Respond to data inquiries from internal stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information provided.
  • Maintain and update personnel records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including job history, compensation, and leave accruals.
  • Perform regular data audits and cleansing activities to ensure high levels of data quality and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies or errors within the HRIS by investigating the root cause.
  • Support the administration of HR systems and processes related to the employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination.
  • Assist in the administration of core HR programs, including compensation and benefits processes and contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of HR operational procedures


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR Operations, HRIS, HR reporting or HR Controlling role
  • Several years of technical expertise in human resources operations and systems, including the use of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), SAP Landscape, MS Access and report writing, record keeping and process improvement to support accurate workforce administration, operational efficiency and compliance
  • Proven ability to work independently on challenging tasks with general supervision, applying analytical thinking, problem-solving, accountability, and initiative to support effective decision-making and business success
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and ethical standards of conduct to ensure adherence to legal obligations, organizational policies, and responsible business practices
  • Fluent in German
