The Role
- Lead complex national and international projects within the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Contribute to the integration and further development of project control.
- Be responsible for project acquisition and tender management (national/international).
- Actively support innovation processes.
- Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining, or similar.
- Several years of relevant professional experience and an engineering background in construction/mining or similar.
- Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary (large-scale) projects.
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Project, Arriba or comparable applications).
- Strong communication skills in a project environment, including in English.
- Self-initiative, team spirit, customer-friendliness, and reliability.
