What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities
- Evaluation of raw materials and products for the food and beverage industry, taking into account European and international food law regulations
- Data management in the central SAP system
- Preparation of the necessary documentation for our internal and external customers
- Solution-oriented handling of internal and external customer inquiries regarding food law as it pertains to the assigned portfolio
- Implementing legal changes in coordination with the relevant departments
- Addressing subject-specific issues and communicating the relevant information within the company
- Successfully completed studies as food chemist, ecotrophologist, or similar field of study with in-depth knowledge of food law
- Initial professional experience in the legal assessment of food products at an international company is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP RD/EHS) would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and find creative solutions
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, reliability, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
