The Role
- Act as a crucial link between IT and business departments, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
- Responsible for the banking-related support and business analysis within the core banking system for account management.
- Manage account management functions and data warehouse interfaces to general ledger applications.
- Plan and implement functional and interface tests, including requirement and business process analysis.
- Oversee data processing concepts and functional modeling of requirements for account management and data warehouse connection.
- Ideally, a degree in Economics, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
- Completed training as an IT specialist with a focus on application development in the banking sector, or as an IT merchant or bank clerk with a technical orientation.
- Several years of professional experience in business analysis with strong knowledge of data, function, and process modeling.
- Solid banking knowledge regarding account management, account products, and their functionality.
- Experience in software development, model and architecture design, and building account management systems is a significant plus.
