Summary - Additional Requirements

There will be Hold Point Inspections in Baukauer Str. 55, 44653 Herne, GERMANY on February 4 & 5, 2025 at 08.00 A.M. Requested control steps;

Dimensional Control before hydrotest
Visual Inspection before hydrotest
Hydrostatic Test
Documentation control (including signing relevant control reports and evaluation of NDT applications)
Final dimensional check after hydrostatic test
Preparing control report regarding to control items, and signing relevant steps of ITP Kindly note that all required controls shall be done according to the as-built drawing or the latest revision drawing. Additionally, the inspector has to have the following qualifications:
Inspector must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in valves and welding.
Inspector must have CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspectıon Certification.
Inspector must have Radiographic (RT 2) Certification according to EN 9712.
