The Role
- Administer physical and virtual server landscapes and network infrastructure
- Manage backup infrastructure with Veeam, including data backup, monitoring, and recovery
- Perform account management in Active Directory and other IT systems
- Support Windows client systems and manage IT peripherals, accessories, software, and licenses
- Administer mobile device management, mobile communications, and telephone systems, and provide 1st and 2nd level support to users
- Completed IT education or comparable experience
- Professional experience in IT administration, IT support, or a similar field
- Good knowledge of Windows client systems, servers, networks, Active Directory, Veeam, and Mobile Device Management
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented work, and willingness to actively shape change processes
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
