About the role

This is not your typical HR role. As P&C Manager Italy, you are fully responsible for the entire People & Culture domain within the Italian NSO. You operate as a true owner: from hands-on execution and administration to tactical sparring partner of the General Manager and contributing to strategic workforce decisions.

You will be the go-to person for everything HR-related. One moment you are drafting contracts or handling complex labor law cases, the next you are shaping workforce planning or improving processes.

You get the freedom and trust to build, structure and optimize P&C in Italy based on your expertise, while being supported by an experienced and international Global P&C team.


Key responsibilities

  • Full ownership of all P&C activities within the Italy NSO for a global company comapny;
  • End-to-end responsibility for recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management;
  • Handle payroll preparation, mutations and coordination with HQ;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for employee relations and workplace matters;
  • Leading complex cases such as exits, performance issues and compliance topics;
  • Managing absence, holidays and HR administration;
  • Driving process improvements, automation and system optimization;
  • Partnering closely with the General Manager on strategic workforce planning and succession planning;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve, streamline or outsource processes.


What you bring

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in an international HR position;
  • Proven ability to operate both hands-on and at a tactical and operational level;
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, administration and local labor law;p
  • Experience with payroll processes and HR systems (e.g. Sage is a plus);
  • Confidence to challenge stakeholders;
  • Fluent in English & Italian.
