As Director Strategy & Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in that transformation. 

You will help evolve MSQ DX from a leading technology and implementation partner into a trusted advisor for growth, AI and business transformation. Working across new and existing clients, you will develop differentiated offerings, shape executive conversations and build strategic propositions that combine the strengths of MSQ DX, the wider MSQ Group and our technology ecosystem. 

As Director Strategy & Consulting you will bridge business strategy, customer challenges, AI, technology and delivery. 

You will identify emerging market opportunities, develop scalable growth plays and create compelling propositions that differentiate MSQ DX in the market. Working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Alliances and Client Leads, you will lead strategic opportunities, advise executive stakeholders and help clients solve their most important business challenges. 

This role operates as an individual leader leveraging cross-functional delivery teams, with the mandate to build a dedicated team as revenue grows.

Strategy & Growth 

• Develop differentiated service offerings and growth plays 

• Translate AI, technology and market trends into client value 

• Create scalable propositions combining MSQ capabilities, partner expertise and emerging technologies 

Strategic Client Engagement & Commercial Impact

• Lead strategic pitches and executive workshops 
• Advise new and existing clients on growth, transformation and innovation 

• Shape executive narratives and strategic client propositions 

Consulting Excellence 

• Develop consulting frameworks, methodologies and reusable assets 

• Establish strategic standards across major growth initiatives 

• Strengthen MSQ DX’s consulting profile in the market 

Innovation & Ecosystem 

• Connect client challenges with the capabilities of the wider MSQ Group 

• Leverage AI, data, insights and strategic partnerships to create differentiated solutions 

• Identify new market opportunities and future growth areas

Your Profile 

We’re looking for an experienced consultant who combines strategic thinking with commercial instinct and a passion for solving complex business challenges. 

You have likely built your career in organisations such as IBM iX, Accenture Song, Publicis Sapient, Valtech, VML, DEPT, Merkle or similar consulting and digital transformation businesses. 

You bring: 

• Experience in digital strategy, customer experience, commerce or transformation consulting 

• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills 

• A deep understanding of technology-enabled business transformation 

• A solid understanding of how AI can be operationalized to drive business value and efficiency for clients.

• The ability to connect business challenges with practical, scalable solutions 

• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to lead strategic client conversations
