Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Controller (m/w/d), der das Management bei strategischen und operativen Entscheidungen unterstützt.

Senior Controller (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Analyse von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Durchführung von Profitabilitäts-, Abweichungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
• Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Mittelfristplanungen
• Unterstützung des Managements durch aussagekräftige Reports und Handlungsempfehlungen
• Weiterentwicklung von Reporting- und Controlling-Instrumenten
• Analyse von Geschäftskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Mitwirkung bei strategischen Projekten und Business Cases
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Gesellschaften und Fachbereichen
• Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Controlling-, Reporting- und Finanzprozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Erfahrung mit BI- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI) von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Controller (m/f/d) to support management in strategic and operational decision-making.

Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results
• Perform profitability, variance, and business performance analyses
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning processes
• Provide management with meaningful reports, analyses, and recommendations
• Further develop reporting and controlling tools and processes
• Monitor key business performance indicators and derive improvement measures
• Participate in strategic projects and business case evaluations
• Collaborate closely with international subsidiaries and cross-functional teams
• Drive the digitalization and automation of finance and controlling processes

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling within an international industrial environment
• Strong expertise in controlling, reporting, and financial processes
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of initiative, ownership, and communication skills
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
