Ihre Aufgaben

Ø Entwicklung, Kommunikation und Umsetzung einer standortbezogenen Operational-Excellence-Strategie im Einklang mit den Zielen von Kelvion

Ø Leitung und nachhaltige Verankerung von Lean-Manufacturing- und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen innerhalb der Produktion

Ø Implementierung von OPX-Prinzipien und -Methoden wie Shopfloor Management, 5S, Wertstromanalyse, Kaizen, visuelles Management und Reifegradbewertungen gemäß den globalen Kelvion Manufacturing Excellence Standards

Ø Identifikation, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Verbesserungsinitiativen zur messbaren Optimierung von Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Kosten, Liefertreue und Produktivität

Ø Organisation und Moderation von Kaizen-Workshops sowie strukturierten Problemlösungsformaten, zum Beispiel Ishikawa, 5-Why und A3

Ø Analyse und Optimierung von Wertströmen, Prozessen und Durchlaufzeiten sowie Identifikation und Beseitigung von Verschwendung, Abweichungen und Engpässen

Ø Entwicklung, Nachverfolgung und Reporting von KPIs zur Messung der OPX-Wirksamkeit, einschließlich ROI und Kosteneinsparungen aus Verbesserungsprojekten

Ø Coaching und Schulung von Führungskräften, Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance und Supply Chain

Ihre Qualifikation

Ø Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Operations oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Ø Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Lean, Continuous Improvement oder Operational Excellence in einem Produktionsumfeld

Ø Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von CI-Projekten sowie in der Erzielung messbarer operativer Verbesserungen

Ø Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence sowie den entsprechenden Methoden und Werkzeugen

Ø Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von KPIs, Datenanalyse und Performance-Tracking

Ø Lean-Zertifizierung, zum Beispiel Lean Six Sigma, wünschenswert

Ø Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Lean Leadership, Change Management, strukturierter Problemlösung sowie funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

Ø Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen auch ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis nachhaltig voranzutreiben

Your tasks

Ø Developing, communicating, and implementing a site-specific Operational Excellence strategy in line with Kelvion’s objectives

Ø Leading and sustainably embedding Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives within production

Ø Implementing OPX principles and methods such as Shopfloor Management, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Visual Management, and maturity assessments in accordance with the global Kelvion Manufacturing Excellence Standards

Ø Identifying, prioritising, and managing improvement initiatives to achieve measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery performance, and productivity

Ø Organising and facilitating Kaizen workshops as well as structured problem-solving formats, such as Ishikawa, 5-Why, and A3

Ø Analysing and optimising value streams, processes, and lead times, as well as identifying and eliminating waste, variation, and bottlenecks

Ø Developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs to measure OPX effectiveness, including ROI and cost savings from improvement projects

Ø Coaching and training managers, supervisors, and employees, as well as working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain

Your qualifications

Ø Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Operations, or a comparable qualification

Ø At least 10 years of professional experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence in a manufacturing environment

Ø Proven experience in leading CI projects and delivering measurable operational improvements

Ø Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and the relevant methods and tools

Ø Experience in KPI development, data analysis, and performance tracking

Ø Lean certification, for example Lean Six Sigma, desirable

Ø Strong skills in Lean Leadership, Change Management, structured problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration

Ø Excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to sustainably drive change without direct authority
