We are looking for German speakers to join our customer support team in Greece. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving from one of EU countires to Greece.

What You'll Do:
- Provide empathetic and accurate customer support
- Investigate account issues and content reports
- Promote community safety and product understanding
- Use data insights to enhance user experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- A solution-oriented mindset and passion for helping others
- Basic familiarity with digital platforms (training provided)

- Salary: up to €1,500 gross/month (x14 salaries)
