The Role

Operate and further develop server and network infrastructure
Administer virtualization using VMware and Proxmox, and application delivery via Citrix
Manage the security infrastructure, including endpoint protection, firewall systems, and security monitoring
Oversee the Microsoft 365 Cloud and identity and administration systems (Active Directory and Entra ID)
Install, maintain, and support the IT client environment
Administer, manage, and validate specialized applications under GMP guidelines
Handle and document service and support requests through a ticketing system

What You'll Need

A successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualified degree
Structured and diligent working methods
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Initial experience with current IT security technologies
