In your role as Assistant to the Head of Operations, you will work directly alongside the Head of Operations — keeping projects on track, connecting HQ to stores, and turning data into decisions. No two weeks look the same.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and monitor operational projects across all locations — from planning to execution.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and flag areas for improvement.
- Support new store openings and expansion projects end-to-end.
- Create and maintain SOPs, guidelines, and operational documentation.
- Bridge communication between HQ and store teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Facilities on day-to-day operations.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up action plans for senior leadership.
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational development initiatives.
Must-haves:
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Background in operations, project management, hospitality, or admin.
- Strong organisational skills — you juggle multiple things without dropping any.
- Analytical mindset: you read data and know what to do with it.
- High ownership — you follow through without being chased.
- Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management.
- Fluent English; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in multi-site hospitality, retail, or food service.
- Knowledge of operational performance management and reporting.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or exec teams.
- German language skills
