Educational Media Manager, global (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities - Develop and manage educational media content across multiple channels, including learning platforms, websites, social media, newsletters, and presentations.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver content campaigns that support learning objectives, internal communications, and promotional initiatives.
Create, edit, and proofread written, visual, and multimedia content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, trainers, designers, and marketing or communications teams to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible learning content.
Track performance metrics, collect feedback, and continuously refine content and campaigns based on data insights and learner feedback.
Manage project timelines, budgets, external vendors, and production workflows to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Stay informed about emerging trends in digital media, learning technologies, and educational communication formats.

Your qualification - Bachelor’s degree in education, media, communications, marketing, instructional design, or a related field.

Proven experience in content creation, media management, digital communication, or educational project coordination.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for both educational and promotional content.
Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media channels, content management systems, and basic analytics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva, AI tools, video editing software, or learning platforms is a strong advantage.
