The Role

Administer and monitor the virtual server landscape
Ensure the availability of hardware and software, performing regular maintenance
Provide IT support and resolve system problems for users
Install Windows clients, manage patches and software distribution
Manage backup infrastructure, including regular recovery tests
Plan and implement new systems, maintaining technical documentation

What You'll Need

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable technical education
Strong knowledge of system and network administration and IT support/helpdesk experience
Proficiency with Microsoft On-Premises server landscapes and Microsoft 365 environments
Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus
Service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
