The Role

Provide technical assistance and support for IT systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Assist users with IT-related queries

What You'll Need

Proven experience in IT support
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in German and English
