Research Technical Assistant (m/f/d) in Rostock
CENTOGENE
One year contract with the possibility of extension
- Hands-on laboratory support in Establishment/Validation of new methods in accordance with international guidelines such as ICH M10
- Protocol-compliant processing of biological samples (incl. creation of buffers and solutions)
- Handling of Liquid Chromatography Mass spectrometers (LC-MS) and Fluorometers
- Documentation according to Quality Management requirements
- Maintenance of the Lab and diverse equipment
- Office work: review of work instructions and similar documents
- Finished vocational training as laboratory technician (biology, chemistry or similar) or degree (Bachelor) in Chemistry or Biology
- Handling of pipettes and human specimens
- Experience in performing biochemical assays
- Optional: Experience with ELISA, Liquid Chromatography based assays etc.
- Knowledge of handling reagents and consumables in a laboratory environment
