We're working with a leading European provider of consumer finance solutions, enabling financial flexibility and responsible lending across various products. This organization is part of a global banking and financial services group with a significant international presence.

The Role

Optimise existing customer prognosis and profiling models using mathematical and statistical methods
Develop, implement, and apply AI models and further develop use cases
Create decision-making bases to ensure and increase customer profitability and support strategic product and process decisions
Build a statistically sound real-time contact control (strategy and rules) and continuously optimise it
Operate and further develop the use of BAP/Tableau platform

What You'll Need

Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or Natural Sciences with a focus on Data Science & Machine Learning
Several years of proven experience in modeling and data management
Strong proficiency in Python, Git, and SAS
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
Hands-on mentality and a pragmatic approach
Empathy and passion for modern and agile working methods
