The Role
- Analyse complex problems and risks to develop viable solutions with product development teams
- Collaborate closely with Solution Designers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Project Managers, and market researchers
- Contribute to the development of implementation plans for increments and features, defining clear acceptance criteria
- Create professional requirements, analyses, and decision bases with a focus on customer benefit and business impact
- Ensure alignment of requirements and analyses with the tribe and company strategy
- Independently manage work packages within projects and the product development lifecycle
- Completed degree and extensive professional experience in agile product development or comparable qualification
- Profound knowledge of securities trading and online broker product offerings
- Strong interest in the further development of digital channels like web and app
- Excellent knowledge of requirements engineering and visualisation of requirements (text, images, BPMN)
- Understanding of IT development processes and basic IT architecture
- Ability to structure complex issues and requirements clearly for various target groups
- Solution-oriented team player with strong communication skills in German and English
