The Role

Design, maintain, and update BPMN models for process orchestration and automation
Act as the liaison between business and IT (Solution Architects, Development)
Create dashboards, KPIs, and reports in Camunda Optimize
Collaborate with departments to identify bottlenecks in process optimization

What You'll Need

University degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience in the digitalization of processes (e.g., Camunda with BPMN, DMN, REST-APIs)
Initial professional experience, ideally in a banking environment
Analytical and solution-oriented approach
Independent, communicative, and empathetic personality who takes responsibility and works well in a team
Good English language skills
