About the role:

The department is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Associate to support the daily administrative and operational activities of the Finance & Reporting Team. The role focuses on documentation management, reporting support, expense administration, and coordination tasks to ensure efficient and accurate department operations.

What you will do:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain regulatory, accounting, and management reporting records and documentation.
  • Manage employee expense processes through SAP Concur, including verification of expense claims, compliance checks with internal policies, and coordination with employees and managers regarding documentation and corrections.
  • Support daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, including invoice handling, reconciliations, and administrative finance tasks.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to members of the Finance & Reporting team.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed training or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles, ideally within a financial institution or corporate environment.
  • Experience working with SAP Concur or other expense management systems is an advantage 2.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or reporting processes is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
