Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of leadership training programs, workshops, and internal learning initiatives
- Create and update presentations, learning materials, and documentation to ensure high quality and consistency
- Manage key LMS activities, including content uploads, participant tracking, and data accuracy
- Prepare and support sessions by coordinating scheduling, invitations and agendas
- Maintain internal L&D pages and resources to ensure information is current, accessible, and easy to navigate
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather feedback and continuously improve learning initiatives
- Support the analysis of learning data and contribute to reporting and presentations for stakeholders
- Ensure structured and timely communication via tools such as Outlook, Teams, and internal platforms
- Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business Psychology, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive and reliable mindset
- Experience with MS Office (especially PowerPoint; Excel basics preferred); familiarity with LMS tools is a plus
- Interest in learning topics such as leadership development, facilitation & organising trainings or organizational development
- Curiosity to learn, ask questions early, and actively reflect on feedback
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environment
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences
- The contract location will be Bremen, Göppingen, Stuttgart,Berlin, Karlsruhe and Munich, Germany

- Our Working Students in Germany receive a competitive monthly salary:
- €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
- €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
- €1,400 for a full-time internship position
