  • 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in a hunter-style role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Advanced English and German communication skills (spoken and written).
  • French communication skills (spoken and written) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in Unit-Linked Insurance Business and/or Asset Management / Fonds Market, with knowledge of financial regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales and cold prospecting.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and manage time effectively.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound methods.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, or virtual conferences (as needed).
