What You Will Do
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for industrial facilities and infrastructure
- Supervise external service providers (e.g. cranes, elevators, technical installations)
- Prepare maintenance, inspection and test plans and ensure their execution
- Handle supplier management, quotations, technical clarifications and invoice control
- Support maintenance planning and controlling processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
- Coordinate expert inspections and audits of technical systems
- Monitor KPIs related to maintenance performance and plant reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance and operational processes
- Degree or technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or similar field
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial plant environments
- Experience working with external suppliers and contractors
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, inspections and technical documentation
- Basic experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Experience in project coordination is valuable
- C1 English level – mandatory
- German is a strong plus (B1–C1 preferred)
