The Role


At Findasense, we are looking for an Influencer Manager to take part in an exciting international project in the FMCG industry. Acting on behalf of our client, the selected candidate will own the end to end project management of the given market, aligning both European strategy with local market needs.

The candidate will coordinate all the agencies in charge of the influencers in the selected market, and will serve as an expert to achieve the project goals.

We are a hub of 22 influencer managers working with HQ and throughout Europe. Your mission will be to manage and execute local influencer media plans, with a close relationship with the agencies and other internal teams of Findasense.

You will monitor the influencer activations, detect improvements and solve possible challenges that may arise during the execution.


What would you do?

Influencer Scope

    • Coordinate influencer campaign projects, ensuring the best possible experience for influencers within each event/action and alignment with the brand’s overall strategy.
    • Coordinate all agencies responsible for executing influencer actions, providing guidance on creation, development, and results.
    • Coordinate work with the EU influencer team and other brand departments to manage all organizational aspects.
    • Attend meetings with agencies and other departments.
    • Provide overall strategic vision for influencer marketing projects according to the latest trends and the company’s overall strategy.
    • Prepare presentations and final reports in PowerPoint format.
    • Maintain strategic understanding and contact with the brand, identifying and communicating expectations, requirements, and preferences to agencies and their teams.
    • Conduct weekly meetings with teams to track projects, identify improvements, and solve issues that may arise during execution.
    • Ensure KPI fulfillment, operational efficiency, and brand compliance.

Who are you?

  • The ideal candidate must have knowledge of project management, with a great set of skills in terms of communication, proactiveness, leadership, innovation, and strategy and execution.
  • Moreover, it’s necessary at least 3 years working recently with influencers. You should be a native speaker of the selected market, plus English proficiency to coordinate within an international team.
  • We’re looking for someone who has a knack for influencer event production and knows how to connect with Gen Z ! If you’re flexible, organized, and love planning exciting activations, we want to hear from you.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of social media best practices for executions in the countries and enjoy helping others achieve their goals.
