The Role
- Administer texts and text modules
- Create and modify texts in module documents and integrate them into automated business processes
- Develop data acquisition for text modules
- Maintain configurations and parameters in the system as specified
- Participate in tests and releases in the text area
- Design and document test cases
- Test new or changed text modules in the respective test environment, including documentation of test results
- Collaborate in projects and further developments
- Support the design and optimization of text administration processes
- Coordinate with developers and departments
- Experience in the insurance industry or with customer correspondence is advantageous
- Knowledge of a programming language, e.g., Python or Java
- Ideally, experience with text module systems or document templates, e.g., Papyrus/ISIS, Output-Management, or Office systems
- Knowledge of development tools, e.g., XPath, Jira, or Confluence
- Knowledge of reading data structures via XML is advantageous
- Good understanding of data structures, rules, and processes
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and problem-solving abilities
