Tasks
- Production management with a focus on:
- Reporting (to project managers and department heads) on material availability, production progress, and finished products
- Coordinating the preparation of proposals for the integration and testing phases, developing production concepts, and coordinating production scheduling
- Defining project- and line-specific value chains, both internal and external, as well as selecting and planning production facilities, production and storage areas, necessary workstations and testing stations, equipment, and tools (VWJP)
- Network management with a focus on:
- Communicating the overall picture of the project Identifying and securing partners for specific project goals
- Motivating partners and productively integrating their expertise and workforce into the network
- Project order planning with a focus on:
- Interface management for the entire operational supply chain—from procurement to delivery
- Collaboration in the creation of material-related quantity structures
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or certification as a state-certified technician with many years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in production control or technical project management
- Extensive practical experience with SAP R/3, as well as hands-on knowledge of all MS Office tools and DOORS
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
