The Role
- Support senior project managers in achieving time, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
- Drive initiatives to resolve issues in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering departments.
- Establish and implement efficient project management processes and methodologies for successful project execution.
- Contribute to the creation of insightful project reporting.
- Develop and track robust end-to-end planning for the project portfolio in alignment with stakeholders.
- Implement risk and opportunity management to proactively anticipate challenges and project risks.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing projects, including status, costs, actions, priorities, and deadlines.
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, International Management, or Economics.
- Minimum of three years of experience in project management, process improvement, and contract management.
- Solid knowledge of change, lean, and risk management principles.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
