- You have real experience with automation, not just theoretical, but in productive environments with real requirements and real errors.
- You are proficient with automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, SQL, Python, and BI stacks, knowing which tool to use when and learning new ones quickly.
- You possess a strong interest in building companies and a pronounced desire to learn new things.
- You embody determination, a high degree of proactivity, and responsibility.
- You set high-quality standards for yourself and others and exhibit a 'can-do' mentality that motivates others.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
- You are exceptionally good at something, and it shows.
- You build automations that really work, using tools like n8n, Make.com, and Claude to develop processes that make operational workflows measurably faster and more error-free, from initial logic to productive deployment.
- You actively shape our data infrastructure, building and maintaining the structures that underpin our decisions, from data collection and transformation to visualization in tools like Looker Studio or Snowflake.
- You don't accept inefficient processes as a given; you change them by identifying bottlenecks in daily operations and resolving them with technical solutions before being asked.
- You connect data with decisions by building dashboards and reports that are actually used because they answer the right questions clearly, relevantly, and without noise.
- You work directly with the teams and leadership, translating operational problems into technical solutions and technical possibilities into concrete business decisions.
- You take full ownership of topics, from conception to handover, as whoever builds a system is responsible for it.
