Your Tasks

  • Creating web designs/UX and UI solutions for nordbayern.de , NN.de , christkindlesmarkt.de and other digital products in the VNP
  • Creation of HTML templates (incl. CSS and JavaScript) for nordbayern.de , NN.de , christkindlesmarkt.de and other digital products in the VNP
  • Developing digital applications based on JavaScript (in collaboration with the web development team)
  • Implementation and development of visual concepts based on responsive design
  • Quality assurance in terms of cross-platform and browser compatibility
  • Further development and optimization of front-end technologies (in collaboration with the web development team)
  • Advising product owners and product management in the concept phase of new applications

What You Bring With You

  • Excellent knowledge of responsive web design and graphic design confidence
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and common Javascript frameworks
  • Good knowledge of common web design, prototyping and web development tools (Sketch, Figma, Visual Code etc.)
  • Good knowledge of user experience and usability
  • Knowledge of version management tools (Git) desirable
  • Knowledge of deployment and testing tools and runtime environments (Node.js, Gulp etc.) desirable
  • Knowledge of single-page technologies (React etc.) desirable
  • Experience in working with Scrum desirable
  • Team spirit and enjoyment of cooperative development
