Responsibilities

In Global Communications of Agricultural Solutions, we nurture and protect the brand and reputation of BASF in agriculture. Come, be a part of our Global Internal Communications team and join us to create inspiring communications.

• In you new role, you plan and execute the roll-out of the divisional vision and mission in coordination with the global internal communications community.
• This includes working with agencies to create a toolbox (e.g. brand book, assets and materials) for regions to deploy the vision and mission consistently and effectively.
• In order to create compelling stories and photo or video materials for various communications channels such as intranet and posters, you work with other business units.
• Additionally, you conceptualize and implement employee engagement campaigns as well as plan and organize global employee events such as townhall meetings and workshops.
• Last but not least, you define KPIs and measure success of vision roll-out and support other internal communications activities and projects.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• university degree in communication or design along with relevant working experience including project experience
• deep knowledge in advertising, market communication, internal and external communication, PR and event management
• expertise in the field of text and media production/design as well as writing and text layout and communication strategy
• convincing communication and presentation skills in English and German and familiar with MS-Office applications
