Then come and join our global team as Global Head of HR Process Excellence (f/m/d) to own the consistency and governance of HR Services processes globally to ensure effective, efficient and seamless HR services.

This role will be responsible for leading a team of global process owners and employee experience experts and for identifying and implementing HR initiatives focused on process improvements to shape the delivery of HR services. This role will contribute to organizational success by driving efficiencies and lower costs, improving performance, and ultimately enhancing the experiences of the employees we serve.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will own the consistency and governance of HR Services processes globally to ensure effective, efficient and seamless HR services.
  • You will shape and implement the overall HR Service and Process Excellence vision and strategy.
  • You will establish and maintain process governance to ensure streamlined and consistent global HR service delivery.
  • You will establish and manage the change control process, track changes and quality; and assure intake requests. This also includes the implementation of planned process changes due to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • You will lead process assessment to determine how to improve efficiency and effectiveness, reduce rework, improve quality and ability to deliver a consistent employee experience.
  • You will collaborate across HR departments to support business process needs specific to operational processes, projects, or introduction of new services.
  • You will drive analysis of operational excellence metrics by identifying and synthesizing key measures and performance metric targets.
  • You will lead the definition of improvement initiative scoping and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • You will establish strong standards for processes documentation implementing and using relevant tools.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • You have many years of related experience in HR Consulting, HR Services or within an HR CoE; in global or multi-regional matrix organization.
  • You have many years of experience within HR Systems and HR Processes as well as Project Management and strategy implementation.
  • You have several years of leadership experience in a global HR function.
  • You have structured knowledge of HR CoEs, especially when it comes to interaction, on an operational and strategic level.
  • You have extensive knowledge of HR policies, standards, processes and procedures.
  • You are experienced with relevant tools and technologies.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You have fluent English language skills; German is a plus
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and functions (CoE Heads, Centralized Functions)
  • You have the needed ability, competence and confidence level to lead people
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, proven communication skills (also at management and senior management level) and a healthy assertiveness to drive change and achieve the best possible result for Siemens Healthineers in an international matrix organization
  • You excel by good conceptual, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You are leading by example with your high level of Customer & Service Orientation, and your commitment to service
