Your Tasks
Your Tasks
- Drive informed design decisions to bring functional B2B products into our users' hands across all platforms
- Drive design and user-experience through the whole lifecycle - research, prototyping and iterative testing
- Understand the user centred design process and user experience principles
- Align rapidly within your cross-functional team of product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to bring great products to life
- Conduct research and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to improve our product and delight our users
- 2+ years of experience in product teams and good knowledge with current industry standards tools like Figma.
- Hands-on and relevant product design experience, prototyping and user testing
- Experience operating in a highly cross-functional environment to bring products from idea to launch
- Relentless drive and ownership for identifying problems and coming up with innovative ways to meet our users' needs through iteration and research
- Verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to reduce complexity and align stakeholders across the organisation
