The HOLON urban is a fully electric and autonomous vehicle for use on public roads. It is one of the world's first movers to meet automotive standards – leading the way in safety, ride comfort and production quality. The vehicle operates at a top speed of 60 kilometers / 37 miles per hour and can accommodate up to 15 passengers.
The HOLON urban is barrier-free and offers an automated ramp, a secured wheelchair space and auditory and visual support for passengers. In addition to conventional scheduled services, the mover is to be used as an on-demand means of transport in order to meet the mobility needs of users.
- Develop and define methods and workflows that harmonize and standardize processes across departments, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Create detailed documentation of existing and newly defined processes, making them clear and accessible to all stakeholders
- Work closely with key stakeholders to align and finalize processes, ensuring all teams are on the same page before releasing processes for implementation
- Ensure that newly defined processes are effectively integrated into daily operations, providing support and guidance to teams during the implementation phase
- Oversee and manage changes to processes, ensuring that updates are communicated, documented, and implemented smoothly across relevant teams
- Continuously evaluate processes for opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency, ensuring they remain relevant and effective over time
- Provide support and guidance to internal teams on best practices for process management and workflow optimization
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure that team members are fully aligned with new or updated processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, or related field)
- 1-2 years of experience in process management or quality management. Experience with process optimization or workflow management is a plus
- Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and document processes clearly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining a structured and organized approach to work
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with tools such as Jira, PREEvision, and ConSense is an advantage. Comfortable using thesetools for process tracking, management, and documentation
