Position Summary
You will lead complex, cross-functional projects within our innovative genetic testing environment. Your ability to coordinate diverse teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively at all organizational levels is critical. This role demands proactive leadership, resilience, and exceptional stakeholder engagement to ensure projects deliver value efficiently and on schedule.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through successful execution and closure
- Clearly define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgets, with meticulous attention to detail
- Drive alignment and cooperation across Operations, Regulatory, Commercial, R&D, IT and other key functions
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Provide transparent, frequent updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring full visibility and alignment
- Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
- Document outcomes, successes, and lessons learned to facilitate ongoing organizational growth
- Translate company-wide strategic goals into actionable project plans and measurable outcomes
- Analyze project performance using KPIs and recommend course corrections where necessary
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of successful project management experience, preferably within biotech, pharma, diagnostics, or related industries
- Exceptional communicator with superior interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies; certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile PM) highly advantageous
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
