How you will make an impact:
- Maintain and improve our HR system - not just data entry, but ensuring we're compliant, efficient, and audit-ready
- Draft, manage, and store contracts, agreements, and official documents
- Organize onboarding and offboarding - communication, checklists, welcome kits and exit info
- Be the go-to person for daily employee questions - time off, policies, legal regulations
- Support with insights - tracking headcount, absences, and people trends
- Assist with recruiting topics, as well as residency/work visa logistics
- Completed university studies in Business, HR, Psychology, or a similar vocational training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a People Operations role
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience working with German labor law
- Familiar with digital HR tools (Personio, LinkedIn, Greenhouse)
- Reliable, discreet, organized, pro-active
- Business-fluent German and English is required
