What you will do:
- You will take ownership of the development process for one of our game categories.
- You will develop creative product ideas and apply modern methodologies to create unique player experiences.
- You will conceptualize new game ideas, define technical requirements, and refine the gameplay to the next level.
- You will translate the product vision into concrete roadmaps and maintain the backlog to ensure we stay on course.
- You will define clear objectives and manage the development process from ideation through implementation to product release.
- You will work closely with Strategy, Design, and Technology teams to ensure a coordinated and effective game development process.
- You will skillfully balance the needs of different stakeholders to make the best decisions for our product.
- You will test product ideas, create prototypes, and actively drive the continuous improvement of our games.
- You will contribute your knowledge of game mechanics, development processes, and game technologies to optimally support execution.
- You will continuously analyze the online casino market and stay up to date with the latest technologies and design trends.
- You hold a completed degree – for example in Game Design or with a background in Business, Technology, Natural Sciences, or Media – or possess a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a product-related role within the gaming or iGaming industry.
- You possess a deep understanding of game mechanics, design, and features to develop innovative game concepts.
- You are capable of developing long-term product visions and translating them into concrete roadmaps and initiatives.
- You have solid knowledge of modern product development and apply methods purposefully across the entire product lifecycle.
- You excel at stakeholder management and communicate complex topics in a clear and impactful way.
- You have a technical foundation in software architecture, development processes, and game technologies.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding English proficiency (C1); German is a big plus.
- You are communicative and empathetic when interacting with diverse personalities.
- You exhibit a high degree of self-organization and self-reflection, essential for working within a hybrid, collaborative work model.
