- Documentation and Approval Support: Contribute to the development of necessary documentation and data to facilitate management approvals.
- Negotiation Preparation: Assess general customer knowledge, competitive analysis, and product information to support negotiation efforts.
- Information Consolidation: Gather and consolidate information into necessary documents to enhance understanding of business opportunities and arrangements for the internal negotiation team.
- Sales and Campaign Support: Assist in the development of strategies and tactics for sales and campaign activities, providing close guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Resource Leveraging: Utilize company resources effectively to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage, and foster business growth by developing a comprehensive understanding of Boeing products, services, processes, and operations.
- Competitive Analysis: Research, review, and analyze information about competitors' products and services to enhance our competitive position and inform strategic decisions.
- Customer Insights Documentation: Document general information related to customer business, culture, issues, concerns, requirements, and economic and environmental influences through thorough research of available resources, websites, and publications.
- Customer Solutions Development: Assist in the development of tailored customer solutions by analyzing customer needs and available resources for specific products and solutions, with guidance from senior team members.
- Alternative Evaluation: Evaluate alternatives and make informed recommendations to the internal team to support decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry and Boeing products is a plus.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
