About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Computer Science student to join our mobile development team as an Android Development Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to learn mobile development while working on real-world educational applications that impact learners globally.
Interns are NOT eligible for equipment and other benefits as the position is temporary.

About the Role

What You'll Learn & Do
- Learn Android development using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks
- Contribute to building Constructor Lear and Constructor Groups mobile apps
- Work with experienced developers who will mentor you throughout your journey
- Gain hands-on experience with mobile UI development, API integration, and testing
- Participate in code reviews and learn industry best practices
- Help implement features like course catalogs, video players, and communication tools
- Current Computer Science student at Constructor University
- Have experience in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar)
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Eagerness to learn mobile development and work with new technologies
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Kotlin or Java
- Familiarity with mobile development concepts
- Experience with Git version control
- Understanding of RESTful APIs
- Interest in educational technology
- Kotlin programming language and Android development
- Jetpack Compose for modern UI development
- Android SDK, libraries, and development tools
- API integration and data management
- Testing methodologies and best practices
- Clean architecture principles
- Working with real-time communication features
- Programming: Kotlin (we'll teach you!)
- UI Framework: Jetpack Compose
- Tools: Android Studio, Gradle, Git
- Libraries: Retrofit, Room, LiveData
- Testing: JUnit, Espresso
