What you can expect To enhance our team in Lingen we are looking for a

Commercial Specialist / Project Controller (all genders welcome)

Your Responsibilities:

• Support our international project managers with operational and administrative tasks
• Coordinate activities, resources and manage project related information such as dashboards, project overviews, budget reports, etc.
• Audit invoices in collaboration with the appropriate project manager and the Finance department
• Assist in the maintenance of product specifications and proposal text
• Coordinating with cross-project and cross-functional departments and planning and organization of internal and external meetings
  
  

What you will bring

• Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk or comparable comparable
• Several years of experience in project coordination and scheduling desirable
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• High communication skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility
• Commitment and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
