• Proven expertise in software architecture and system design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based applications development (.NET, C#, C++, Python).
• Track record of successfully managing software developers.
• Experience effectively communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, explain product features, and articulate technical designs and strategy.
• Proven skills in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and coaching teams of software developers to enhance their effectiveness.
