- help with data analysis, model selection and integration of ML components.
- develop Python-based services and integrate APIs for communication and data processing.
- think solutions holistically – including scaling, optimisation and sustainable architecture.
- bring in new ideas and enjoy trying out new technologies in a team.
- work flexibly, solution-orientated and with a good sense of priorities.
- help to develop AI concepts with added value and present them convincingly.

- A degree in computer science, mathematics, data science or similar (BA/MA)
- At least 2 years of practical experience in AI/ML projects
- Desire to be involved in consulting and strategy development for our sales department
- Independent, goal-oriented way of working and flexibility with changing requirements
- High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies and AI development
- Team spirit and strong communication skills - also in customer contact
- Motivation to actively shape the AI area at SprintEins
- Very good German and good English skills
