What You'll Do
- Manage the P&L of Harochi, ensuring strict oversight of cash flow while identifying strategic spending opportunities to fuel growth.
- Lead the hiring process to build a high-performing team, establishing clear SOPs and processes that foster efficiency without creating bureaucracy.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks that support scaling from 5 to over 50 employees, focusing on maintaining a cohesive company culture.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to define and execute business strategies that align with our vision and market demands.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine operational processes, aiming for continuous improvement and heightened productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring that all departments are aligned and working towards common goals.
What You Bring
- Must-Have Experience: Proven track record in managing P&L for a growing business, ideally having scaled a company from 5 to 50+ employees.
