You will have an impact on:

  • Culture & Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives, run surveys, and organize team events, offsites, and rituals that reinforce company values and foster belonging.
  • Performance & Development: Coordinate performance review cycles, support career path frameworks, role leveling, and learning initiatives. Enable leads and managers through toolkits and check-ins.
  • People Operations: Own and continuously improve People processes – manage our HRIS, employee lifecycle processes, and support payroll and compliance coordination.
  • People Admin: Prepare employment documents, manage employee files, support payroll runs and visa documentation together with external partners.
  • Office & Workplace Management: Keep our Berlin HQ humming – manage vendors, supplies, access, and create a welcoming, functional environment for hybrid work.

What you will add to our Crew:

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field — ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience supporting or managing office operations and facilities
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., Humaans, Nailted, or similar)
  • Proven experience planning and executing internal events, team offsites, or culture initiatives
  • Familiarity with Austrian and/or German labor law and payroll processes is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives is a plus
  • German speaker (C1/C2 level) with fluent English (written and spoken).
