Your Role And Key Responsibilities

Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
Your Role And Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BOMs for battery cells, components and materials.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure BOM accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain BOMs in PLM/ERP systems.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering change implementations
- Improve change management processes and ensure timely updates to BOMs.
- Standardize and improve BOM related system landscape in collaboration with IT.
- Analyze BOM data to identify cost-saving opportunities and component standardization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, production planning or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BOM management, preferably in the battery, automotive, or process industry.
- Strong understanding of battery components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with PLM/ERP systems, BOM management tools and product versioning.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and process improvement.
- Business fluent English
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards.
- Experience in material number nomenclature.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering drawings.
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
